Selected experience
Ionomr Innovations · Boston, MA
Leads research on next-generation material platforms, using advanced characterization to select nanomaterial layers and thin-film electrode architectures for product integration.
Electric Hydrogen · Natick, MA
Developed characterization and screening workflows that identified scale-up failure modes early, enabling data-backed down-selection of nanomaterial formulations and coating conditions.
Electric Hydrogen · Natick, MA
Specified and integrated coating, slurry-homogenization, and thermal-processing equipment to build commercial-scale manufacturing infrastructure for a new production facility.
Ballard Power Systems · Burnaby, BC
Co-developed a fully automated pilot plant, defining P&IDs, mass balances, and equipment specifications to establish production-scale coated-material processes.
GluStitch Inc. · Delta, BC
Led cGMP production of medical-grade butyl and octyl cyanoacrylates, operating pilot-scale equipment and completing in-process assays for polymer and monomer batches.
How I work
My work lives at the intersection of advanced materials, nanomaterials, thin-film electrodes, roll-to-roll coating, and operations. I create the bridge from R&D insight to integrated product and commercial manufacturing.
Bring R&D, process, quality, supply chain, and customer requirements into the product from the start.
Shape thin-film electrodes for performance, durability, repeatability, and scale-up.
Use SEM, EDS, XRD, rheology, particle size analysis, DMA, TGA, and nanoindentation to connect material structure to process decisions.
